At MUA Makeup Academy, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Ship to MUA
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
